We will hike up the west side of the park past the backyards of the neighboring houses, checking out the horses in the paddocks. Then we will head to Bunce's Bridge and come back along the river's edge and pick up the Red Trail. Perhaps go to lunch at Bayard Cutting Arboretum afterwards. Meet in main parking lot; north side of NY 27. Heavy rain cancels. Fee or free with Empire Passport. From the west take NY 27 Exit 47A (Oakdale/Bohemia Rd.) and follow U-turn sign to go west on NY 27 to park entrance on right. From east park entrance is on right past Oakdale/Bohemia Rd.
