Explore a National Wildlife Refuge with excellent view of the Carmans River and marshes. From L.I.E. Exit 68 or NY 27 Exit 58,  go south on William Floyd Parkway, C.R. 80 (Montauk Highway). Go west (right) to the first traffic light at Smith Road, then left about ½ mile to refuge entrance. Bring water. Rain cancels. Meet in parking lot.
